Life is unpredictable, and sometimes things don't go as planned. While I'm deeply passionate about the work I do, it's also my source of income and agreed time slot will be held for you. As a part of mutual agreement and clear boundaries for effective working, I uphold a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

If you're thinking of taking breaks that go beyond the usual holiday length, a retainer fee may be required to hold your slot.

For my own balance, I schedule regular breaks throughout the year. Whenever feasible, I'll provide at least a 7-day notice for any cancellations.
